SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within the US may take approximately 5 to 7 business days. For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6 to 10 business days. Shipping fees and taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2 to 3 business days.

 Please note: Sunsational Galore is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your package is delivered but you did not receive please contact the United States Postal Service.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Our company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All packages come with a USPS tracking number, and you must contact USPS for delivery issues.

return & exchange policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we don't offer returns or exchanges.

  • Should you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before your order is processed.If these steps are followed your funds will be returned. 

  • If you receive an inaccurate order you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving, and we will correct the order, or provide you with a store credit.
